Our mobile home park includes public water, sewage, natural gas, electric, phone and cable hook-ups to each lot. All of our streets are paved with some sidewalks. Most streets have off-street parking. Where off-street parking is not provided, two parking spots are allocated to each residence. | |

Our quiet, rural community has a playground, basketball court, baseball field, new picnic pavilion and community room where our annual Christmas Party for kids is held as well as voting in
the spring and fall elections.
For those who use public transportation, we are on the Mid Mon Valley Transit Authority bus line which is a direct bus north to downtown Pittsburgh or south to Charleroi. Also, we are three miles from the T stop in Library/Bethel Park.
